2007 CHallenge Update

Well, so far I have not done particularly well with this challenge.

Goals:
  1. Stay on points
  2. Exercise 3 times per week
  3. Lose a total of 4 lbs

Results - Weeks 1 & 2:

  1. Way over on points.
  2. Zip, zilch, nada, and rien.
  3. Gained a total of 0.4 lbs.

Results - Week 3

  1. Way over on points.
  2. 3 times
  3. Gained a 1.2 lbs.

I think that's why I haven't been posting. It's hard to admit how far from meeting the challenge I've been. I also owe you all pics from my fridge. I'll try to remember to do that tonight. I've started tracking again and excercising, so hopefully I'll see some results soon.

I just happened upon your blog today.
I started WW in October and have lost 20 pounds. I just started exercising last week.
The stuff you are writing about is interesting.
I guess what I have learned in WW--is not to get down on yourself. And if you aren't making your goals take another look at them and see if they are reasonable.
Your goals seems reasonable to me. But they don't always happen. The working out is a tough one. Do what you can.
I do the flex points of WW and have been quite successful with it.
I hope we can be motivators for each other.

Youre back on track now and thats what you need to focus on. Whats in the past is just that... in the past! So keep your focus forward and keep tracking points and excercizing and youll start to see those results soon!

As Jeannie said, the fact that you are back on track now is the important part. I know it can be hard to admit when you aren't on track, but as they say in weight watchers meetings, that when you need help the most. Just know that we are here for you whenever you need us, and we won't judge you. We just want to support you on your journey and help ensure that you are successful.

Don't worry about sliding a little bit off track! We all have good days... bad days... good weeks... bad weeks... It's the long run that really matters. You can do it!

I wouldn't get too hung up on not doing as well as you hoped - tomorrow is a new day!

We can do it together! You just need to get right into it again and keep your chin up!
