I'm Back
Did anyone even noticed that I was missing? Except, XM that is.
Things have been busy. Haven't been great, but haven't been horrible either. Just haven't been in the mood to blog. I'm caught up now on all your blogs (though I mostly just lurked).
Found out today that my surgery is scheduled for July 7th. eeeeppp! I'm only freakin' out a little bit. Okay, I lie. I'm freakin' out a lot. I know that it's the right thing to do, but it's still scary. There's the whole surgery part, which in itself is scary, plus there's the whole psychological part too. I mean, it's one of the things I'm known for. It sets me apart. It's part of my identity. I'll be average. Normal. I'm not sure I'm ready for that. Sure it will help with the headaches and neck pain. Running will be easier (once I heal). My clothing options will open up. But, I'm going to be in a lot of pain for a while. I won't be able to hug or lift my kids. Okay, yeah, I'm really freakin' now. My DH is not particularly enthusiastic about it either. Can't really blame him, but it doesn't help.
Okay, focus. I have 44 days left until my surgery. I have been drifting along in my weightloss journey, not really pushing. I'm 169 lbs right now and I really wanted to be 150 before my surgery. I might not make it, but I'm going to try to get as close as I can. I'm going to sign up for the next session of cardio bootcamp. It'll run from June 5th until June 30th. I'm hoping that will help. I have a week and a half until bootcamp to try to get in a better starting position (have hardly worked out at all since the last bootcamp ended). Hopefully this will be the motivation I need to get some serious results. Wish me luck!
Food so Far:
pepsi (1) <-- this was before I found out about the surgery and I threw out the rest of it.
Aero (3.5)
Cheeseburger (8)
Pts: 12.5/22 (35/35 Flex Left)
Water: 0
Sleep: 7.5
F&V: 0
